Itinerary

Day 01, 02 & 03

For the first three days of your trip after your arrival in Sri Lanka you will proceed to the Hotel Jetwing Ayurveda Pavilions in Negombo. Come experience the stunning scenery and sea breeze when you arrive in this coastal city. Get some Ayurvedic treatment once you're at the hotel. Relax on the first day following a lengthy journey. Get up early on the second day and do some calming yoga to help your body feel refreshed. View the magnificent murals at St. Stroll around the city of Negombo and visit Mary's Church. Return to the hotel to relax and do some evening yoga poses after admiring the stunning beach views. Engage in meditation on the third day to release tension. After your meal, go out and enjoy some delicious seafood.

Day 04

Head out of Negombo and toward the heart of Sri Lanka. Visit Wilpattu National Park and go on a safari to see some of the most stunning scenery. Among Sri Lanka's oldest national parks is this one. A noticeable aspect of this majestic location is the ‘Willus’ which are organic watering holes. More than 60 of these ‘Willus’ support the variety of wildlife that calls this area home. Learn about a variety of animals, plants, wildlife and bird species as you explore this remarkable phenomenon. Once you've had your exciting safari at Wilpattu head to Anuradhapura. This city is the oldest in Sri Lanka. You can explore the tranquil parts of Atamasthana here which are distinguished by many peaceful and spiritual settings. Once you have checked into your lodging get some rest for the night. 

Day 05

On this day you will see the fallen ruins of ancient kingdoms that have been preserved for centuries. These ruins tell colourful stories of the hundreds of kings who ruled Anuradhapura. It is a significant place in Sri Lankan society. You can return to your lodging after touring these ruins and listening to the tales. Before you meditate, take a nap to help your senses relax.

Day 06

Spend the day being joyful and meditating. Pay attention to the nuances of your surroundings. As the wind rustles the leaves on the trees listen to the various sounds of birds chirping and the wind humming.

Day 07 & 08

On days seven and eight you will visit Kandy, a vibrant city known for the Temple of the Tooth Relic and its stunning architecture. Once you arrive at the Samadhi Center you can engage in yoga and meditation with happiness and inner tranquility. Arrive early on the eighth day at the Temple of Tooth Relic. You can explore the tranquil grounds and take in the breathtaking architecture here. Spend a moment outside in this peaceful environment meditating.

Day 09,10,11 & 12

Bid farewell to Kandy and proceed to Tangalle. This seaside city is most well-known for its historical landmarks, lively culture and spotless beaches. The Talalla Retreat is a quaint location overlooking Talalla Beach which is shaped like a crescent. Savour this vista of the palm trees and the azure ocean. In the final days of your trip enjoy the beach or engage in yoga and meditation.

Day 13

Head to the airport to leave this island with a sense of peace and happiness surrounding you.
